video problems with Windows 7

i use windows 7.whenever i play videos online, there are breaks.it does not flow continuously.what do i do to rectify the problem?

My 2 cents:

Try going to your computer's manufacturer website and download the latest video drivers. Are you sure you have enough "bandwidth" (speed) to the internet? it could be the video is buffering all the times.

Also is this happening on specific website?
Did it recently start?

What is the download/ upload speed of your internet connection. You can go and check the speeds at speedtest.net website and paste the results here. If you are low on speed then it might be a reason that the video might be buferring and stopping and playing in between. By the way check by reinstalling the flash player with the latest version again on your pc and see if that corrects the issue.
