Not able to burn the disk in Nero 6.0.0.0

Hi, I am using Nero 6.0.0.0 along with DVD SHRINK 3.2.0.15 to backing up my dvd's and other collection but don’t know recently I am having too many problems with the NERO 6.0 as I am not able to burn the disk with it, as when it reaches to the middle it stops after that and I can’t do anything with it, and progressively it just stops writing the disk hangs the whole PC, and after that when I remove the Disk, the whole things get work. Anyone have any idea why this is happening.

See there might be too many reasons that can cause this kind of problems like this might be some hardware problem or the software problem as well, so first of all according to me you should check whether your software is perfectly working or not, and after all the one that you are using is too older according to me you should use the another one, I mean to say the latest versions software for that, and among all Nero 9 is the best one, you must try that also.

Is the disk that you have inserted is perfect? Perfect in the sense there is no scratches over disk, you should check whether it do not have any such scratches in it, and if there is any then you cannot burn the disk and absolutely going to get too many errors. so I would say you must have to use another disk apart from the one that you are using.

Have you ever searched the internet for this kind of CD burning software? If not then you should at least search once for these because let me tell you that there are too many software’s that does the same things NERO, so if this software is not working perfectly then you can make use of those software’s also. Some of the names are Roxio, Express burn, etc, you should try any of the one.

After doing all these things if you still doesn’t able to burn the disk, you should try avoid using any such software, rather you can have another option to write the disk from the windows only, and this is the safest and the fastest way to write the CD. Just put the content to the CD drive and on the left panel you’ll get the option to burn the disk, I am not sure what is the exact problem with you, but through this method you can try for sure.

I am strongly agree with the above users as even after trying all these thing if you are unable to burn the disk that means that the hardware is damaged, and let me tell you that the lenses are too delicate in the drives, so if they gets damaged then also you can not burn the disk, so first of all you need to check whether the hardware is working or not, and if suppose you find any problem in the hardware than with no other option you must have to change that hardware.
