Unable to recode DVD using Nero

Hello friend, last week I install the Nero 10 version and after that I used this software for the burning the DVD. I had made one DVD and in that I burn a .ts file. This file is to be an video file. Now this disk is not work and it is the DVD-R. When I try to play this disk then it will gives the error message no audio, no video.
