recurring problem of lcd and cant download java on acer

ok so presently i am having 2 very annoying issues with my acer aspire 3680.
1) My ex-wife for some reason deleted Java from my computer and now no matter what i try i cannot download ANY version of java. It will successfully download but when i got to run software such as frostwire that requires Java, it says that Java could not be found.?????????

2) I am having a recurring problem with my Lcd. It jumps around and distorts the image. sometimes i can give a little whack on the side and it will straighten up. Most of the time i have to grab the upper left corner of the display and very gently twist it clockwise and it will straighten up. If I let go it goes ahywire again. I took the casing apart a few minutes ago and could not find any evidence of broken or frayed wiring.

Which operating system you are using? Can you go to the following link for an automatic Java download and install: www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp

And for your second question, have you tried to update your graphics driver to the latest version, you can check what kind of graphics you have by going to Device Manager and find the driver online. If that doesn't work you can try changing the slot of your video card to another PCI slot if you have PCI video card.
