i get this windows error messages at startup. followed by a second error message. when i click debug send or dont send for each message my computer freezes then i have to shut down manually by holding the power button. then i power up my computer again and there are no error messages and it works ok. here are the two error messages:

Hello some day before I was facing similar kind of problem, at that moment I search it on internet and then I follow the steps provide in that link. I too have the same problem ! whenever i try to open a particular folder, this message pops up ! whether i try to report the problem or ignore it, the system gets hanged.. i'm using windows xp with sp3 ! can you guys help !!

There are ample of threads which are discussed over here. You can go through them to get the proper info. Usually this is a virus issue and to fix this you will need to format your computer completely. There are ways like restoring system in safe mode works most of the time.
