Burning an ISO file larger than 15 GB?

Hello Friends there is a difficulty going in my mind that I have downloaded a file named as “7 Wonders of the Solar System” as of from the pirate bay website.
I contain a bundle of Compact Discs (CD’s) and Dissociated vertical deviation (DVD’s) but I don’t have DVD9 because can handle approximately 7.95 gigabytes of data. Dissociated vertical deviation (DVD’s)or Dissociated vertical deviation Double Layer(DVD DL) .

Now there is another problem how can I able to observe the video within the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)? By the technique, I contain an peripheral Hard Drive with 500 Gigabytes free space!!! Would you please let me know is there any technique in which I can BURN there as an alternative to Compact Discs (CD’s) or Dissociated vertical deviation (DVD’s)?
So please anybody can help me because it is very important to me .I thank you all in advanced for taking out time for me.

The problems occurring in the above question are as follows:-

Difficulty 1: I think so the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) file is 15 Gigabytes.

Problem 2: I do not have Dissociated vertical deviation Double Layer (DVD DL), I also don’t have Blue Ray or impressive as well; I just contain Compact Discs (CD’s) and Dissociated vertical deviation (DVD’s)(4.7 GB)

Problem 3: And the another important thing there is just one Video file in International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Hey dude while I was surfing on the internet I saw this problem and I have the same serious problem going with my computer. I myself read the question and the answers the suggestion given to you is very systematic and I think so the problems has been solved with you if the problem has been not solved then you have to go with blue ray disk or a Dissociated vertical deviation (DVD’s) which have space up to 8 gigabytes. Or the another way is you need to have virtual drive software for example MAGIC DISC .
