Inserting Projects into a Project

Hi,

Does anyone know if and how you can insert multiple Projects into a Master Project file and link tasks between the Projects you have inserted? I know you can link at the level of the actual inserted Projects, but I mean at the level of the actual Sub-Tasks within the actual Projects.

Just try the below steps which help to insert project in master project:

1. Just open the project which you wish to become a master project.
2. On the View menu, click on Gantt chart.
3. In the Task Name, click the row under where you wish to put in the project.
4. On the Insert menu, click on Project.
5. In the Look in sheet, click on the drive or folder which encloses the project.
6. In the folder, unlock the folder or subfolder which encloses the project you wish for.
7. Click on the project you wish to insert, and after that click Insert.
8. If you don't need the subproject to be modernized with changes from the unique project, or changes from the subproject to be exposed in the unique project, clear the Link to Project check box.
9. Click Insert.
