calculate units in Projects 2007 Hi, I'm not sure how to calculate units in Projects, so I'm wondering if someone can help. I have a task duration of 15 days and 5resources working on the project different days. I have the follwoing resources. 1 IT will work on the project 15days (100% units) 1 Finance will work on the project 15days (100% units) 2 Engineers will work on the project 12days (80% ? please confirm) 1 Project Manager will work on the project 2days (13% units) I know I have to divide the number of working days by the duration, for example 12/15=.80, but I am not sure if I have to multiply the result by 2 for the 2 engineers that will work on the task equal times. Please help! Thanks!
