Windows Server 2003 as a domain controller

Please pardon me if some of my terminology is wrong, but let me explain my situation.

My network includes a Win Server 2003 system, along with a linix Email (Postfix), Web (Apache), and DNS (Bind) server.

I didn't build this system, so I'm still a little fuzzy on some parts of it. I believe the win 2003 box was serving as a Domain controller.

The system running Server 2003 died, so I started over. My web, email, and DNS servers are still up and running as I can access them from the internal network, but when outside parties try to access these sites, their IP addresses are rejected. What can I do? I've been fighting with this for days now.
