    Error code C00D11A6 (8004500F) while sync HTC Mozart using Zune

    i have recently bought the HTC Mozart Windows 7 phone. I have sync the same with the laptop of mine and it was working till the finishing of the trail subscription. After the first sync the phone is doesn't seems to be sync any more and i am getting Error Code C00D11A6 (8004500F) on the screen. I have tried with all the suggestions which is provided on the other forums but it did not help me to solve the problem. Let me know if you are having any solution to solve the problem of mine. Thanks a lot I advance.

    Well looking at the situation which you have provided over here I know some vital information which I should discuss with you so that you can understand the thing properly. The error code which you mentioned over here is simply associated with the licensing issue. I think you might need to contact the developer for this particular matter. I am hoping that the developer of the software will help you out in the situation.

    Yes you are right this particular thing is happening due to the licensing issue. Well I recommend that you should use the Restore Feature which is provided in the Zune Software so that you can restore the purchase of the Digital Rights Management for the subscription of the content. If you are getting an error message on the screen then I am sure that this particular issue is being happening due to usage rights and you should use this particular thing to refresh the license.

    I have done the following thing which you should use to fix the problem of yours.
    1. First of all you should delete all the songs from the collection.
    2. Now you should exit the Zune Software and again launch the software on the computer and sign in on the same.
    3. You should go for the Settings and Account option where you need to go for Purchase History where you have to click on the download button which is available to near to the individual songs.

    I am recommending the following thing which you can use to fix the problem of yours.
    • If you wanted to end the guest relationship on the computer then you should click on the Forget This Device when you are connecting to the Zune player or phone.
    • If you are wanted to connect the computer as a guest then go to Settings and click on the Device/Phone and go for Sync option and simply click on the Change Sync Relationship.

    Whenever you are looking to connect your device with the computer then all the medias on the device is considered as guest content by the Zune software which you have installed on the computer. You could not sync DRM protected content to the guest computer and it is only linked on the computer. If the items are sync on the Zune device as a guest then it would remain on the device until you have manually deleted the same from the device of yours.
