Microsoft Zune HD unable to sync error C00D11A6 (8004500F)

Hello friends. Greetings to all. I bought a 32 Gb zune HD phone around two weeks back. When I signed in for the 14 days trial for a zune pass, everything was fine, until yesterday, I don’t know what has happened, the songs that I download are unable to play on my computer and does not sync on to zune. There appears a error code as C00D11A6 (8004500F). It is really irritating that I am not able to hear the songs. Please help me about the issue.

Hi. As per my knowledge, as you are getting the above code that you have mentioned, mostly the chances are that there are registry issues with your computer. You are needed to repair it. So, download the C00D11A6 (8004500F) repair tool and then install it. Then to scan your computer, you need to press on repair all button. It is freely available. Afterwards, again you are required to click on the same button and the issue is resolved. I hope you follow the steps appropriately.

I would suggest you that you do not delete the album that you have created but delete the files, in the sense remove the songs from the list that you have which do not sync and thus the error is appearing . Then again launch the zune software after getting out and one more time sign in and then again download the songs from the settings option in the account category. I hope after doing the above, you will be happy and thus fix your issue.

Hi. Follow the steps that I tell you and you will be done with the issue as you may be required to use the restore feature. In the zune software where you see sign in, enter the windows live id and your password and enter. Then go to settings, followed by next, press on account followed by purchase history. Then you will have to locate the content that you want to restore. Depending on the content, press on download and then just see whether content has been productively specified .

I am just hoping that your home desktop is your main or in the sense home computer. If it is not the case, then the worries may be occurring. You will have to make it in case it is not and then you will be able to see how everything will get synced properly. It does make a lot of difference. Also, for your knowledge, I will tell you that you can’t get anything from zune marketplace on guest computer. I hope my post helps you in some way.

Hi. I would suggest you that you should reset both zune and the software related to it. Also, just click on restore all in the subscription history. This can solve the issue. Also, download reset drm tool from Microsoft and try to run it. All the above things can help. Also, just see if any of the the friends or relatives have zune pass, then download it and try t sync it on a separate account. May be that will help you in some way.
