Getting error code C00D134C (801901F4) when I try to login on Zune

I have recently purchased Zune on my Windows 7, and after installation when I tried to login over Zune network I get the error code error code C00D134C (801901F4), I opened the Zune software and I entered my login ID and password and I guess since it was the first time so Zune displayed the “terms of service” with a blank text box. And after clicking on “I accept” button, Zune software displayed anerror code C00D134C (801901F4). I don’t know why it’s happening I am completely a newbie to this, please help.

I had the same problem when I tried to login for the first time and it’s a site issue. I searched a lot about it on Google nobody had got this error so I was bit worried and called the support team and they said that it’s a site issue when the service will get restored on site in some time the problem will be solved automatically, so tried to login after some time and that time I did not get any error, I think same thing is happening with you , so just try after some time then you will be able to login.

Mate I am having the same issue in the starting but got the different reply when I called the support team they said that problem is not caused by any service factor of software or the site. They told me that I am getting that because of Microsoft’s complicated arrangement of the internal factors and it was due the Microsoft’s way to relate the billing information. But I am not able to resolve this issue yet, what should I do to resolve this problem?

Guys I am also having the same problem on Zune network for that first I uninstalled the software then again I installed it but it didn’t resolve my problem. I used another account to check the Zune network service which I am having for Xbox 360 but on that it was working. Even I think this is issue due to the several billing information and addresses which I have linked to my troublesome account. Does anybody know what is the meaning of that cryptic error? And why it’s appearing?

Well guys now even I think it’s due to several billing information in account, I have linked the same kind of information. Anyways I have to wait till support guy calls me back because when I called them they said they will call me back with the solution, hope they will give me a call very soon. And guys thanks a lot for taking part in this topic, this is the only site where users are so responsive and helpful, hope your problem will also get resolved, best of luck.
