Computer is being attacked by an internet virus alert

I had installed Windows Vista operating system on my PC system. I had installed Windows OneCare which is a malware protection scanner. Recently I came to know that all my exe files are infected or viruses had taken over my system. Also, I am not able to log on the internet or use any other applications. I had tried system restore till my system was working fine until the viruses keep coming up. I had also installed and tried Malware bytes and Avast AVG antivirus software but I was unable to remove it. Can anyone please guide me through this to overcome this problem?

This problem of your can be solved by going to safe mode into your system. For this you need to follow the instructions given below:

2. Press F8 continuously
3. Go to Safe Mode
4. Try to run it as Administrator
5. Try to run LiveOne for a safety scan as you already have installed CareOne from their website
6. Also try to download Malware Bytes again from their website and try scanning your system with it.

First you will need to install Microsoft Malicious Removal Tool from the Microsoft website depending upon the operating system you are using and its bit. After install this follow the instructions given below:
1. Click on start
2. Go to search
3. Type MRT
4. From the list you will find it there
5. Right click on it
6. Select run as admin
7. Now run your MRT program
8. This will require you to wait as it will scan all files which are infected. It will then delete or quarantine the files.

Try downloading and install Prevx 3.0 version from its website. You can download it for free. It a small program which is easier, faster and stronger security software which can be run along with other security programs. It provides easy protection and scans your system for any malicious or infected files stored on it. It provides you end point security which can be used to prevent you from fraudster or scams who are stealing your personal information such as username, password, bank details, credit card etc.

Re: Computer is being attacked by an internet virus alert

I had the same problem before where I was unable to protect my system from infected files. To resolve these issues I had tried general cleanup, scan my system and schedule a check disk on next start. Following are the instructions you need to follow:
1. To run disk cleanup
2. Click on start
3. Go to all programs
4. Go to accessories
5. Go to system tools
6. Select disk cleanup from the list of command
7. For running the scan go to start
8. Go to all programs
9. Go to accessories
10. Right click on command prompt and run as administrator
11. Type sfc/scannow which will analyze log file entries
12. Now you can try running checkdisk and schedule it for next start
13. Apply on OK
14. Reboot your system
