MS Project 2003 - show dates in the header of the report

I have set up a report to show the tasks that start between two dates that I manually enter when prompted by the report. In the header of the report I want to show these dates. Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

You should use View, More Views to create a Gantt Chart - Print View you only use for printing. Keep the original Gant Chart View for working on. I cannot visualize what you are seeing when you print. Try double-clicking the timescale and experimenting with different settings. If you are printing a Gantt chart, zoom in to day by day. Under Tools, Options and the View tab, select a date format that includes the day of the week.

Thanks for your reply Einstein 007 but this doesnt seem a solution to my question. What I have created is a text only report of the tasks that should start between two dates. I want to include these two dates in the report header but can find a way to include them.
