English menus in ms office indic version

We have purchased ms office Indic version. Word excel etc have hindi menus. How can they be converted to english menus?

Basically there are languages pack available for Ms Office. But as per my search, i found that there is No English Language Pack available. That means, if you have bought and non-english version, than you cannot change it to Englsih. It has not been announced yet whether the Office 2007 multi-language pack will include an English language pack. BTW, which Version are you using? Office 2003 or 2007 or 2010 ???
