Since you want to know about the distribution group, I thought to discuss on that topic. The management function Distribution Groups allows administrators to create, edit, view and remove distribution groups and add or remove members of distribution groups in an organization. Server function varies by version and edition of the installed operating system account permissions and menu settings.

To add private queues or URL-named queues to a distribution list (group), the following steps would be useful :
    1. Generate a pseudonym for each private queue name or URL you want to add to the distribution list (group).
    2. In the console tree, snap the right mouse button on the distribution list (group) that you want to insert one or more queue alias (the location of the tree of the console is: Users and Computers Active Directory / Your Domain / Users / Your distribution list (group)).
    3. Click Properties.
    4. In the Members page, tick Add. In the Select Groups dialog box, click Search, select the check box Other objects, clear the other check boxes and click OK. In Name, type the name of an pseudonym or queue alias names of several lines alienated by a semicolon, click OK and again OK. Or, click Advanced to search alias queue, enter the appropriate parameters, click Find Now, select the alias queue, click OK, and OK again for the third time, OK.

Re: How to add and delete users in a distribution group?

This management function is one of several integrated functions permits model-based access control (RBAC) for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. Management functions that are assigned to one or more groups of the functions of government, assignment policies management features, users or universal security groups act as the logical grouping of cmdlets or scripts that combine to provide access to view or change the configuration of Exchange 2010 components, such as mailboxes, transport rules and recipients. If a cmdlet, or a script and its parameters (which together are called input management function), are included in a function, the cmdlet, or the script and its parameters can be executed by those who were assigned the function.

The following steps would be useful :
    1. To open Users and Computers Active Directory, click Start, point to All Programs, Administrative Tools, then click Users and Computers Active Directory.
    2. Distribution lists are Message Queuing distribution group objects in Active Directory.
    3. The explicit members of distribution lists can be public queues, queue aliases or other distribution lists, but not private queues or URL-named queues. Private queues and URL-named queues can be included in the mailing list using the alias queue.
