In a tough economy like this, owners of small businesses have difficulty in evaluating the best software solutions that can automate their businesses and make them more efficient. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems allow companies to integrate their back-end accounting, inventory management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), POS (Point Of Sale) and electronic commerce as all these features are linked and work in whole. If they opt for age-based accounting systems are not integrated with e-commerce solution such as QuickBooks or find new technologies such as NetSuite, a Web-based ERP system for small and medium enterprises. So you can go for this solution which I am trying to explain you over here.

In the evaluation of software ERP, always work with resellers who add value to your business. You can save time by leveraging its industry expertise and systems and ensure that the final solution meets your business needs. Never buy directly from a company representative software sales, and I just want to make a quick commission and do not care if your product is implemented successfully. A retailer is interested in a long term relationship and has a great interest in the success of your project.

The purchase of software rather than hire is recommended in most cases. If you are planning to use the software for a long time and have many employees who need access to the network every day, this is the recommended model. Consider this approach requires an initial investment, and not neglecting the training and support. That's where the dealer comes into play again because you can adapt an application, training and support package that meets your needs and budget.

Related to this I will suggest you to always look for references of clients in the web instead of asking the company representative to give references. Another area to look in forums small businesses is where many people are discussing such issues or even personal blogs that talk about new features and issues. These will give you an idea about the software is good, despite the marketing hype and learn about their limitations. Sometimes, you get to hear the story inside.
