WMP encountered a problem when saving the playlist.

Since previous week I cannot generate a playlist in Windows Media Player 12 on windows 7 64 bit. Furthermore cannot rip cd's. Microsoft has no info about this trouble. Worked okay previous to last week at what time updates were installed. Has there been a means establish on the way to take away Windows Media Player 12 as well as go back to Windows Media Player 11? Or be supposed to discard Windows 7 as well as return to windows VISTA? I have completed what I be familiar with to perform so far, including restore PC to a previous date. At a standstill does not work accurate. If you have any suggestion regarding to this issue, please let me know.

If your PC is having troubles playing video or else audio files in WMP, attempt making use of the WMP Settings troubleshooter on the way to resolve the trouble. For this Click on start menu and open the WMP Settings troubleshooter as well as after that click Control Panel. In the start search box, type troubleshooter, furthermore after that click Troubleshooting. Now Click View all, as well as after that click WMP Settings.

Re: WMP encountered a problem when saving the playlist.

This does work! However I found a problem that at what time I create a new playlist is save it beneath a new created folder known as "playlists". And at what time you close Windows Media Player furthermore reopen you will observe your created playlist is disappeared (however at a standstill in the folder "playlists" and not "my playlists") I cannot discover the problem up till now but let?s hope soon.
