To make a torrent first you will need to register to a tracker. Then you can use Bittorent to create a torrent file. There are lots of bittorent clients like Azureus, utorrent, etc. Look in the menu and then click on New Torrent. You will be guided by wa wizard. You can also press Ctrl + N to get a new Torrent Wizard. Then you can publish that on the tracke and provide the link.  |
