Which is best Encryption Setting for Office 2010: AES 256 or Default

I all the time thought Office 2010 and Office 2007 both make use of the similar default cryptographic service provider. Microsoft improved RSA and AES Cryptographic supplier, AES 128, 128 bit. But what Microsoft states here appear to hint which Office 2010 utilizes a more advance encryption format than Office 2007. So please give more hints or detail on this topic, If anyone know about this.

It is important to understand that, while you set CompatMode to 0, necessary to alter encryption to AES 256, Office 2010 utilizes an Office 2007 well-matched encryption format, in its place of the improved security which is provided by default while you utilize Office 2010 to encrypt release XML Format files.

I at present contain Excel 2010 put to utilize Microsoft Enhanced RSA and AES Cryptographic supplier, AES 256, 256 bit. And I want to know if this is the most protected encryption algorithm available for Office 2010 or should I leave the Office 2010 encryption at default or a few other algorithms.

I have the same opinion. Later than actually figuring out how to increase Office 2010 Encryption to AES 256, I told a friend of mine which I can perform it for all his computers at his company, but currently I am not so certain if it is worth the hassle. There appears to be very small documentation in the enhanced security in office 2010.
