Search box in Office 2010 does not work

Toll the word about this forum. We have an Office 2010 installation on Windows 2003 Terminal Server installed with Citrix PS4. When I opened as Excel and want to look for something and I cannot press F1 in the search box of the window, no Enter the keyword is disabled. The reference to delete Office 2007 with the works of toolbar.dat unfortunately not. Maybe someone knows how I can activate the search box again?

I am also going through this problem. In my search box, start and contents are not enable. I do not know that why it is happening. And regarding this I am not able to get any perfect solution so if anybody knows that how am I able to fix this issue then please you guys help me as soon as it is possible for you guys. I just want to thank you guys in advance.

The following combination has helped me.

1. c: \ windows \ system32> regsvr32 msxml3.dll
2. Toolbars.dat Deleting c: \ users \ username \ appdata \ roaming \ microsoft \ clview or c: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ clview
3. View by starting the Help => Only the offline help of this computer

Must be connected to a faulty installation are routine.

So as an admin it works, but for me that is not the solution, because we just work with terminal servers and then have the user No search box. Does anyone perhaps have a solution? I have searched a lot regarding this issue but till now I am not able to get the perfect solution about this query. So if anybody have then please tell me as soon as it is possible for you guys.

The problem I had. However, this was toolbars.dat file only under the user name associated with the administrator account. There, I've renamed it. Now it works with the Administration as with the limited user account it does not work. Since this file was not found. So if anybody have solution for this then please help me.
