One of my colleague sent me few files with .wav estension. He said they were created in Quicktime. But when I try to open those files in some other sound editing tool , not a single file plays. Theses files are the music files which I want to edit and convert them into ring tones once I have edited and selected the desired portion. You can convert wav file into mp3 file easily using an itunes. Just follow given list of instructions to convert .wav to mp3:

• Launch the itunes application tool.
• You can select the itunes preference according to your requirement.
