Asset management system: to track software

I am using BelManage software management tools to track software and it is doing a decent job on tracking software but the problem is that it is not catching everything which it should. I have heard that Bit9 offers a good software asset management solution. What tools/ software or you using to track software these days? Does anyone else is having any suggestion to what asset management software solution to be used.Thank in advance for your valuable suggestion.
