Help, on my 10 key pad, when I hit the decimal key it give me this .+! It's driving me nuts. How do I get rid of this??

There is definitely something wrong with the keypad. Also you have not mentioned that you are using desktop or laptop. If you are using the laptop, try to keep pressed the Fn (function) key while pressing the . key. Even after then if problem persists, then you will have to change the keyboard.
