I have a HP computer with the windows vista operating system, it worked fine till the last few days. In the system I encountered a problem regarding the virus affection in the win32. I found that when I was tried to open some program, a message is appears that the file that you want to access is corrupted, After that I scan the whole computer with the update version of the Antivirus software and it results me the information regarding the virus information which is named as “Trojan”, and it captured the win32 folder, the file name is like the Trojan.Win32. What should I do to remove the virus? Any other information regarding the issue?

Go to the Control Panel of your machine and double click on the Add or Remove Programs under that. Locate Trojan.Win32 and uninstall the program by the information s which are comes in the screen for the un-installation of the program. Then Reboot the machine after close the control panel window of your machine. Close all the programs which are running under the windows process. Another way is go to the task manager of the window and select the process which is named as the Trojan.Win32 under the process tab in the task manager window, stop the process. Search the following file in your system windivx.dll, stream32a.dll, stream32a.dll, ecxwp.dll and rename all the files suppose make them “badfile1.dll”, “badfile2.dll” and so on. Go to your path where the virus situated and replace the folder by the newly created folder. Reboot the machine, and then delete the folder that you made last time, if you can’t able to delete access the computer in the safe mode.

The virus that you mentioned in your post will be remove by the manually, for that you have to make the separate folder with the some .dll file which are used for the malware remove from the windows folder. After that you have to put them instead of the virus folder in the windows folder path. And then delete the created folder from the folder, but you might be not able to delete them by the normal window start up, for that you have to log in the machine in the safe mode, if you still not able to remove the file then download some malware software n ad run that one to remove the infected file from the windows folder. For that you have to edit the registry file.
