    Problems receiving e-mails in AOL

    Hi,

We are having problems with customers who have an AOL account receiving e-mails from our generic company address, they just do not receive anything, however, if I send it from my personal business address.

We have done the ussual and asked them to put our address in their e-mail address book and also to check their spam setting to make sure that they have not blocked us (usually they have it set to "allow e-mails from all senders").

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can advise customers so that they receive emails from our generic business address.

    Any help would be appreciated

For your information let me tel you that AOL has proposed its charging that is anyone who want to send a bulk of messages or mail to AOL members they have to be allowed to bypass their Spam filters. Also companies who actually pay for the same are guaranteed delivery which is been verified. So look out for the same and make it function as needed. Contact AOL. They will let you know in a much better way.
