I am using Windows Live in my computer system I am unable to use Outlook Web Application on it. While connecting it to the link like http://www.hotmail.com I am receiving an error. It asks me about "The user name and password you have entered is not linked with your e-mail account at Outlook.com. so to access the same account, sign out and then again sign in for using the Windows Live ID given by your administrator." But, I have never written the user-name/password in it. It exactly not lets me access the same website at all. I am not able to get it by what I am facing this problem. Any help related to this problem will be appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

The problem of not using the Outlook Web Application with the Windows Live is normal if you are getting the same problem again and again then to fix this problem you can go to http://login.live.com and tick on Sign Out which will be in the upper right corner of your screen. If the Sign Out option is not present on the screen, then try to tick Sign In with Another E-mail Address in its place. After performing this you should be able to login to the link which you are going for.

I was using the Windows Live in my system without any problem I am able to connect with the same hotmail link of my desktop. Actually this has taken place after I have downloaded the Windows 7 operating system. I am thinking that this problem occurred due to the downloading of Windows 7 into my computer system. Do anyone have gone through this problem please help me.

I am having the similar trouble with my Windows Live. It is only appear to be an issue when I am trying to open hotmail.com with my Mozilla browser. While accessing the internet explorer on my system I am not facing the same kind of problem. So I suggest that this problem is not related to your windows 7 operating system.

The identical problem I have faced on my computer system while using the same windows 7 operating system and I was using the Mozilla browser on it. I have removed this problem only by doing this process you can just go for clear the cache and cookies into your web browser what you are using on your computer system and after that you will be able to solve your problem.
