Cant install Windows live essentials 2011

I removed,rather thought I removed Windows live essentials and tried reinstalling the 2011 version and came across an error. It said I had the newest version already in so many words. Am I missing something or could I have not fully removed it through the add/remove programs section? In my resource monitor I have to processes running with very familiar names linked to windows live installer from what i read but they are a letter off. one is WLIDSVCM.EXE AND THE OTHER IS WLIDSVCM.EXE so its missing the M. any thoughts on that being part of the problem?

You need to activate the firewall if you want to install the latest version of the Windows live essentials. Note that, to use this feature, you must be logged into the computer with administrator functions and then will have to click the Start button and then click the Control Panel option --- System and Security --- Select the Windows Firewall --- Configure the Firewall. In the left pane, click Change notification settings to customize the configuration of the firewall. By default, Windows Firewall is enabled for both private networks to the public. To enable Windows Firewall selected in the left side panel, Windows Firewall On or Off (on or off) or select Restore Defaults.
