I am sure that you members will help me soon. There was no anti-virus in my system, so you think that problem of Outlook might have caused because of some malware? But more important for me now is to backup the data. I can't loose that data since it was very important.

Here once more is: Do not panic! All Outlook data is stored in your home folder, that is exactly folder structure, including data in the Outlook folder list shows, is also in the home folder. This personal folder exists independently of the Outlook installation, which means that even if you / Office completely remove Outlook from your computer, remains the personal folder with your data exist. The only problem: there more than one hard disk can give your home folder, you may need to find out where your default *.pst file is and how it is called Start Search. You Look for the file extension *.pst. Note, however, that all the files in the search to be involved. Search the spit as a personal folder more, based on the best in the file details. Often change the default personal folder to the file size and / or the last to be identified. The closer the date is the date of this where you normally could work with Outlook, the more likely it is this file to your home folder. Have you identified your folder, write down the path. Then proceed according to the article Planet Outlook Backup your Outlook version. Can the Personal Folder but many do not clearly explain to someone who you have it or not, each of the search list are folders one import. Take care, operation of the filter no duplicates import to enable import them.

In many cases (eg after reinstall Office package or an operating system update) Outlook starts with an empty file. applies here: As long as the hard disk is not formatted, or entire hard drive without backing it with a new exchange have, data is still in your file system. The data recovery can be accomplished quite easily in this case: Looking to Start Look for the file extension *.pst. Note, however, that all the files in the search to be involved. Otherwise, proceed to the Planet Outlook item data backup.

Data is often all or parts of your records for a displacement of the drag and drop (eg in a subfolder) disappeared apparently. Check first if you are using the Folder List (View Folder List or Outlook 2003 via the navigation bar to fade in). Here you have the full picture of your folder structure. Outlook connector with the appropriate shortcut icons is often misunderstood. If the data in the top folder (eg in Outlook Today) be moved, so can only restore it to the Advanced Search: Tools Advanced Search or Tools >> Search >> Advanced Search. The search results can then right-click Move to folder with the original location (eg, Inbox) are moved back.

    To prevent data loss:
    1. Move only the data in the deleted items that you really want to permanently remove it.
    2. Place always a backup of all your relevant data.
    3. Before each change of the system environment (eg, reinstall) the completeness and integrity of your backups (for example by opening personal folders saved on file => Open).
    4. If you are inexperienced in dealing with Outlook, you always back the entire home folder. Avoid the path of the Export Wizard.
    5. Select the Tools => Options => E-mail options => Copies of messages in the Deleted Items folder store.
    6. The Windows XP / Vista known restore point is at once lost data in a Personal folder does not restore. Rely not this supposed to rescue.
If listed below rescue measures are not the success lead to, do data recovery or repair your own home folder specialists leave. Let professional data recovery perform. Improper use of the Personal Folder may interfere with the initial problem worse and cause a partial or complete data loss.

If you are importing your secure personal folders an error message you do not have appropriate permissions to get, so try your *.pst file in either medium (removable, such as CD-ROM, DVD-R, Zip drive) to import one of. A Personal folders can not directly import a CD-RW / open. For this purpose, it must first file read-only, free on the hard drive and attribute from the copies. (Right click on the file >> Properties). Try a hex editor to recover your data. The *.pst file is a database. Each element in this database is stored in an index that links (ie pointers) to which these elements. Now delete data from the Deleted Items folder, they are not deleted permanently. It is here, only the entry of the deleted item in the above index deleted. The deleted object is still in the *.pst file, the index lists this element, however, and more are free to override this place. The recovery of the index does not, however, if you file after the deletion or rewritable have compressed your place in the file more than 20% of. And so proceed with the hex editor:
    1. Install a hex editor.
    2. Open your home folder in the hex editor.
    3. Remove seven to thirteen positions in the editor field. In the hexadecimal display are 00007, 00008, 00 009, 0000A, 0000b, 0000c, 0000d, 0000e, 0000f, 00010, 00011, 00012, 00013th
    4. Save your *.pst file.
    5. Run the Inbox Repair Tool from it.
    6. Now, the index should be restored and your details are visible.
The password of the Personal folder is no way to read the conventional. But there are several tools to crack the password protection. However, should any user who uses such applications, to be clear that he hacking the password of applicable criminal law violated.
