How do I stop Windows Live Mail from Starting Uncommanded

I would hope that Windows Live Mail not starts at startup of the computer (be careful not messenger); I put the shortcut in start as I did for outlook but it does not open at startup . In Windows Vista and 7, Outlook is replaced by Windows Mail and MSN Hotmail by Windows Live Hotmail, Microsoft has added several tools to facilitate your sending and receiving your mail. Not to be confused with Windows Live Mail, the new inbox, compatible Vista and XP SP2, whose main novelty is to consolidate all your email addresses. Please help.

You need to remove the boot screen of Windows Live Mail. Windows Mail is the new mailer from Microsoft in Vista (in place of Outlook Express). At launch Windows Mail, a startup screen appears (Splash Screen). If you believe this screen slows opening Windows Mail, you can disable it by doing the following system:
    * Close all windows from Windows Mail.
    * In Start / Run, type the following command:
    REG ADD "HKCU \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows Mail / V NoSplash / T REG_DWORD / F / D 1
    then click OK.
    * Restart Windows Mail. The splash screen has disappeared.

    - Click "continue"
    Then type the following sentence:

    Check the steps:
    # Click on Start
    # Tapes msconfig in the search area
    # Right click on msconfig that appears at the top of the list and choose Run as administrator
    # Accepts the following message
    # In the window, click on the tab Startup
    # See if you see something that looks like Windows Live Mail ...
    # Then do the same tab in Services

You open MSN and you are entitled to an error 81000377 or 81000378. These error numbers indicate that your address book or contact list is not available yet or is read-only.Mostly, this problem occurs when the Microsoft server hosting your account meets some connection problems. In this case you just wait a few minutes (sometimes longer), then try connecting again. To test the MSN Windows Live Messenger do Tools => Options => Connection => and click on Start in solving connection problems.
