Cannot install Office 2010 trial because beta will not uninstall

I have tried to install the Microsoft office 2010 package in my computer which i have bought it from the Microsoft website last week and from then i am unable to install it in the system. So what is the problem in the installation and how van i overcome these issue any recommendation on the topic will be helpful to resolve and fix the trouble.

I am trying to set up the Microsoft office 2010 complete edition on the windows xp operating system which is placed in the Sony laptop. Is there is a requirement of the additional application or I have to upgrade the Windows version to use the office 2010 in my laptop. Please give all the necessary details to overcome the problem any help on the topic will be grateful to solve the issue.

As you have stated that you are using the using the Windows xp OS, then if you want to install the office 2010 in the system then you have to first download and install the service pack 3 for the Windows xp (SP3) from the Microsoft website, these will allow the installation of the office 2010 and enhance the performance of the office package with bug free application.
