Forgot Password

I have installed Folder Defence software in my pc to lock and hide some folders in a drive. Few days ago i changed the password and forgot it. Now when I try to uninstall the software it is prompting me for a password. Any body please help me to recover the password or procedure to uninstall the software.

Have you tried entering Safe Mode?

Entering in Safe Mode is a much easier option to recover the password you lost. You can simply enter the control panel and then change the user account. The other way is using system recovery disc which help you to troubleshoot startup issue and password issues. There are various tools that provide you such support for Windows XP. I use Norton Ghost for recovering my system from instant crash.
