Make sure that there are some options will be enable/true during the download button will appear for downloading the contents. These are:
1.The plugin is installed correctly on the browser .
2.You have the latest build of RealPlayer.
3.The plugin is enabled in RealPlayer.
4.The plugin is enabled on the browser you are using

If the download consists of any advertisement or a short period of the video then , for downloading their content, the web-site does not prevent viewers.

I read your post, and suggest you to right click on the video or on the clip or on the test clip (though your download button not appears for download the video) , after that a menu will appear where included “Download this video to Realplayer”. Check for it, because sometimes this option will work if the download button will not appear.

This problem may occur for not properly integrated within Firefox and real player. For integrating follow the steps, before this would like to suggest you to do this with an update one for both Firefox and the Real Player.

Steps for enable the 'plugin' in Real Player:
    1.Open Real Player.
    2.Go to Tool menu.
    3.Then click on Preferences.
4.Make sure that Download & Recording is set to Enabled(this option is in the top of the Real Player Preference window ).

    Process for integrate with Mozilla:
1.Click on the Tools menu of your browser.
    2.Select Add-ons

If you want to flash video download then. There is a way to download video with Real player by these steps.
1.About configuration in the address bar.
2.Then type “dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll” in the filter box.
3.Lastly change the value to false.
    4.Restart the browser(Firefox).

After that restart your Firefox and the Real Player flash download will works again. Try this.
