Error Code 0x800c0008 with clip organizer

I am using the Windows 7 operating system where i have installed the Office 2007. There is a problem in the Photodraw, when i tried to attached the clip art in the Office 2003 or 2007 it creates a number of problem such as the Error Code 0x800c0008 in the in the photodraw and also the error as "clip Organizer cannot complete the operation". So, now what should i do to resolve these issue please reply with an answer.
