M$ Access Files Synced to Device

i was previously using the the smartphone t3,which was able to synchronise the files to ms acccess 2003, so my query is to sync the database access is to my new smartphone of touch pro which has wm 6.1 os, arequire the same functionalities to this smartphone,please recommend me if there are any alternatives for the handbase.
