Error code 2932 with PowerDVD 7 during reinstallation

I use a dell Inspiron desktop and it is been installed with Windows 7. the problem is with the application that is PowerDVD 7. When I tried to reinstall the application I got an Error code 2932. I do not know what could have caused this issue. Please help me out so that I can make the change to get process well. Hope to get a better solution and then work well.

Perform a clean boot that is all you need to do is to click on the start button and then in the search box type msconfig and hit enter. Choose Hide all Microsoft services and then disable the services. Restart the system.
