The UAC is a feature that was added to Vista, and found in Windows 7. It used to control the administration of the computer, and it sees necessary if several users use the PC. But if you are a sole administrator and user of your PC, this feature becomes more embarrassing to the long and tiring. At each opening known program, Internet Explorer or Firefox etc., still need to confirm to access a program or the net, it becomes annoying.

That is what is before your eyes when you click on one of your desktop icons:

    * This feature is installed by default on Vista, but also on Windows 7, via the same route.
    * It can be accessed through the Control Panel-<-User Account "Change settings of User Account Control.
    * Windows 7 Just make a click on Change notifications when these appear.
    * This appears:
    * 4 levels are in sight, get off the bar to "Never warn me" and OK.

you are now rid of that annoying panel.

With Vista when you open an application or an unregistered download any attempts to install a DLL or EXE (among others) a message asking you if you authorize the downloading or opening the application. It is the UAC (User Account Control Account Control user). The UAC is a mechanism for data protection. It lets you run default programs with restricted privileges, thereby preventing applications can run with administrative rights, which would change the security of the operating system.

To remove this recurring control, two methods are possible:
    Via the Control Panel
    * Go to Start, then Control Panel.
    * Select Classic View on the left and double-click User Accounts.
    * Click Enable or Disable User Account Control.
    * In the new window from opening, uncheck "Use User Account Control to help protect your computer" and click OK.
    * To ensure that changes are made, you will be asked to restart the computer.

Go to "Start", "All Programs", "accessories", "execute".
    • Type in the input fields "msconfig".
    • Click on "Tools".
    • In the list, click "Disable User Account Control".
    • "Run", an MS DOS window will open for you to say "Success!"
    • Click OK, then restart.
