Not able to download Nero 10 updates

I use Nero 10 application and the problem that I face is with the updates. I am not able to download and install the applications updates as the update tool is not processing. I have no idea what could have caused this. Please help me out so that I can make the changes to be worked and processed which will be helpful. Hope to get a better solution. I use Windows 7 on my desktop machine.

Check out for the Antivirus that you use. There is a possibility that the security tool or firewall may be blocking it well. There is a way through which you can make the update to respond. All you need to do is to check out by following the steps as mentioned below:

• You need to get access to Control panel and then to Administrative tool and then services.
• Close or stop the Nero Update Service
• Reinstall all application and then check out for the same
• Get a fresh copy for installation

There is a possibility with the browser. It may be that the default downloader tool of the browser may not be functioning of the process well which would be better.
