Cannot export photoshop file to Indesign

Hello,
I am trying to make visual event, I created a banner on photoshop that I want to put on the back of the flyer but when I import this banner on Indesign, everything is blurry (writings, pictures). I tried to put this banner in pdf, gif and jpeg but still the same result regardless of file format. Does any one can help me with this? Thank you.

Default image display is not optimized, it allows you to work more smoothly in indesign? To view your pictures by "HD" you go in the menu "> View" -> Overview impression.

Or should one click (Ctrl key on Mac) on the block> Display Performance> Viewing quality. (Or outside of this work plan will affect all images). You can find this menu via View> Display Performance and you can also make your own settings through the software... preferences. Note the high quality demand consumes a lot of resources.

In CS4, Photoshop if we import visuals, they remain in "imports" if the file is mode layers?? A request is also treated in vector? Only in photoshop PDF (with vectorized data) that the text will remain in vectorized, it seems. But that will no longer editable, this is the only trouble. As for the composition, Photoshop is therefore not suitable for each and every task.
