Can't install Age of Empires 3

I am on Windows XP Home Edition

The disc isn't scratched - brand new, just bought it yesterday.
When i put it in and start the install process, Installshield wizard opens up to a blank window with "1158:" in it and an "ok" button. When i press ok, it just closes and i'm back to where i started.

Also, when I clicked on the Age of Empires III folder on the install disc and clicked on Age of Empires inside of that, an error message involving binkw32.dll came up, not sure if this is all related.

Help please!

1. Hold down SHIFT, and then insert the Age of Empires III disk.
2. Click Start, and then right-click My Computer.
3. Right-click the CD or DVD icon for the Age of Empires III disc, and then click Open.
4. Double-click the Age of Empires III folder.
5. Double-click the Disk1C~1.cab file.
6. Right-click the binkw32.dll file, and then click Copy. Or, extract the file directly to the Age of Empires III folder (see step 7).
7. Locate the Age of Empires III folder. The default location for the folder is as follows:
Drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III. Here Drive represents the drive on which the game is installed.
8. Right-click an empty area in the folder, and then click Paste.
9. Start Age of Empires III.

I have trouble at step 7 - when i type in

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III

it says Windows cannot find 'C:\Program'
The problem is this issue is at the very start of the install program, i believe it is a problem with the Installshield Wizard, but i don't know how to fix it.

Make sure you have downloaded the latest patch for Age of empires III. You can download the patch from below mentioned link:

Uninstall and reinstall the game and check if it helps.

I have a problem too and I tried dees steps, and I had the same problem. So i downloaded the patch and that thing says: Ther is a problem with your game installation. You may need to reinstall the game to fix it. But game is not even installed!! Please Help!!!
