    unable to install Office 2010

I'm trying to install Microsoft Office Professional Academic 2010 on my computer. I'm running Windows Vista (32 bit).

When I try to install the software I get an error message that I need either x64 or x86 versions of Windows.

Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi

Can you give us the complete exact error message that is appearing? Because I have never read about such kind of problem until now and so its new to me. Moreover, since x86 is equal to 32 bit OS then I don't understand why you are getting that error message. Thus the complete error message would be helpful in such case to rectify the problem.
