If you convert an Outlook appointment , you can also add meeting participants , identify participants and presenters and configure the options for meeting like when you create a meeting with the Conference Supplement for Microsoft Office Outlook. Delegates can also schedule a Live Meeting or conference call from their manager . For more information , see the help topic entitled Allowing third manage your emails and calendar. Support for delegates is available in Office Communications Server 2007 R2 .

If you wish , you can type a message to be sent to all recipients. Tab Appointment, Type your message above the dotted line in the text box provided for that purpose. You do not need to provide the URL, or the key ID of the meeting, this information is automatically inserted in the invitation. To check availability of meeting participants , if not already done tab Planning, Find a time when all participants are available , then click on the hour. Drag the bars indicating the start time and end of the meeting to set the hours of your choice.

Windows Live Messenger Beta uninstalling any previous version of the program, it is essential that all users of MSN Messenger on the computer goes along with this Beta version . However , the use of this Beta version absolutely requires an invitation . Indeed , 've been unpleasantly surprised to regret that one of my MSN Messenger account became unusable for several days , the time to receive a new invitation.
