It is necessary to first prepare Active Directory to prepare your network deployment. This preparation involves several steps, start a step. The installation of Active Directory starts then downloads the OCS schema corresponding to your configuration.Once installation is complete, the newspaper deploying Office starts validating it.Proceed to step 3, click Next and then run.

When you get the choice between two configurations for server:
    • Partition configuration: Choose this configuration optimizes performance of your network, a copy of data is done in all areas to avoid overloading your primary domain.
    • System container in the root domain: If you choose this option, data will be stored on the root domain of your network can cause decreased performance on your system.
You must then choose the area where universal groups are created. These groups are permanent on your network that differ from focus groups that are themselves ephemeral and last only the time for discussion.

If you have multiple domains, a dropdown menu to select the domain you want, if you only have a single domain then selection is automatic. The installation of the field runs after this choice. it can delegate the deployment of your network administrators if they are not members of Active Directory groups. Most of these delegations are to make the command line by running this LCSCmd.exe on the CD installation of OCS. Do this with only one field and one director.

When there is problem with the configuration you can use this solution. You are having your username in the domain\user format, start the Outlook auto configuration utility and enter username and password and click the button so that it start the configuration detection of the settings which you have provided. A new dialog box will appear asking username and password. In this window enter the username and password in the domain\user format and click on next. Your outlook will be configured.
