Registration issue with Small Business Office 2007

I have a Dell inspiron laptop and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is that I used t o use trial pack of Student Office and now I removed it and installed Small business office. The issue is that the registration number didn't carry over to Outlook 2007 which was was taken over phone. I do not know what could have been the problem. Also when I try to connect Contact folders to the Address Book it won't offer the check box to select. Please do help me out.
