Error 0x800CCC33 on trying to synchronize Hotmail folders in OE6

I am having one issue regarding which i need your help. Actually whenever i am using the Hotmail and synchronizing the same at that i am getting an error i.e. "http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:HTTPMail,Server Responce:' Thisoperation is not permitted with this type of client', Port:0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC33". As per my knowledge it seem that you have not set the account properly and that is why getting this error. Just get into the account make the setting for the synchronizing regarding the use of the hotmail synchronization which you are getting the error. so make the account setting properly and see whether it is working for you or not.

If i am not wrong then you might be using the Outlook for the Hotmail account and that is why you are getting this kind of issue. Instead of the Outlook i will advise you to download the Windows Live messenger and install the same to use with the Hotmail account of yours. So if you can then go through the download link of the same.

I have searched regarding the query of yours which you are getting with the Hotmail account and come to know that most of the other Hotmail user are getting this problem while they are using with the Outlook or Outlook express. So if you are also getting the same then i will not advise you to use the Windows Live Messenger.

If nothing is working for you and you are still going through the problem of the Hotmail Synchronization then i will advise you to contact the Microsoft regarding the issue which you are going through and see whether you are getting any solution or not. i think you will get the proper solution for the problem you are getting.
