Outlook 2010 crash while copying to clipboard

Hi all,

I'm using Windows 7 64bit with Office 2010.

Just two days ago, Microsoft Outlook 2010 frequently crashes when I attempt to copy screenshots into emails, copy files from one folder to another folder.

There was no new installation or updates installed to my PC.

Apparently, after I finish copying, Outlook is okay. I suspect something is wrong with clipboard.

Any ideas how to overcome this?

The issue seems to be with Outloook application and hence you can make use of Olfix tool which is basically used to repair Outlook. If any issue is been appended to it, can be repaired using this tool. So check out and work with the thing. Am sure you may then be able to copy the items to clipboard without letting the Outlook to get crash. Download and install the Olfix tool.

Thanks. The utility doesn't help much. After I clean unused services, the profile was corrupted. I had to delete the profile and rebuild again. I'll share again if the problem persists.

I'm using Outlook 32bit on Windows 7 64bit

So far the solution works. My profile was corrupted, I had to rebuild the profile. Root cause unknown. Thanks anyway!

My outlook crashed again. I entered Safe mode and removed the offending Add-In. So far so good. Thanks all!
