Bitlocker repair tool is not accessible in Windows 7!!

I have my external USB hard drive with Windows Bitlocker encrypted 7th So far everything has worked out well and I was able to use the plate as well. Now I wanted to decipher this record again and I started the related process. Because it takes time, I stopped when bedtime decrypting - the official pause button. Now, the plate is not mounted. If I remove the USB port, it appears very briefly in the Explorer as encrypted on disk. More is not there. The whole recovery key I have to use to me but not because I'm not that far to use them. So please provide some solutions that can help in this scenario.!!

Use this command-line program, if the following conditions:
    • You have encrypted the volume with BitLocker Drive Encryption.
    • Windows 7 does not initiate, or you can not launch the BitLocker recovery console.
    • You do not have a replica of the data, which are located on the encrypted volume.

The BitLocker Repair Tool contains the following files:
    • Software License Terms.rtf
    • Executables \ repair-bde.exe
    • Executables \ bderepair.dll
    • Executables \ en-us \ repair-bde.exe.mui

You may find it spoiled a unit that is used to start Windows Vista. In this case, you cannot unlock the damaged unit but use the password or key to flourishing recovery. Therefore, you cannot use another computer or another copy of Windows 7 to access the encrypted contents of the unit. In these circumstances, it is doable that the damaged unit is not on the control panel BitLocker Drive Encryption.

Get the following elements to recover the encrypted data volume involved:
    • The unit in which the volume is smashed. This is the drive surrounding the volume encryption that you want to repair.
    • The password or recovery key for the encrypted volume. This is the recovery information that you hoarded when you enabled BitLocker.
    • An external hard drive. Use this disk to accumulate recovered data. This unit must be at least as large as the drive you want to salvage the data.
    • A USB flash drive. Use this storage device to store the files of the BitLocker Repair Tool. You can also store recovery information in this unit.
    • The DVD of Windows Vista. Lets start a command prompt.
