Paint Shop Pro application not working well

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have also installed Paint Shop Pro application and it is not able to work well. I do not know what could have been the issue for the same. It would be better if you can help me out for getting the issue to be sorted and function as needed. Hope to get a better solution for the same.
