System cannot be remotely accessed as device is synchronizing

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows XP SP3. I have also installed Live Mesh. I have no idea for the thing but the PC graphics is showing yellow in color I mean is in yellow bar. It says that system is online and the system is able to synchronize the device but not able to access remotely. I have no idea for the thing. Please do help me out so that it can be better.
