Click on Start \ Run Enter eventvwr.msc Expand Event Viewer \ Windows Logs \ System Identify the previous error messages in date (They have a red dot) Right click on it then left click on Properties from the event. A first step would be to make sure that no device is detected as a problem in the device manager. if so, deleted it and upon detection what device it Sagit, then check its drivers. A second step is to verify that all your updates including the faculties are installed. Third step would be a post us your exact setup (especially the peripheral atypical SCSII Card, Firewire, and other internal cards) so that we can more easily diagnose all your fault. |
